【Qualifications】.

4、Adapt to clean workshop working environment, able to work overtime.

1、Salary: 1W-1.5W, negotiable, according to work ability and experience and the company's leadership face-to-face discussions.

【Qualifications】.
1、Bachelor degree or above, majoring in semiconductor, microelectronics, physics or related majors.
2、May accept fresh graduates, with semiconductor process work experience is preferred.
3、Familiar with the semiconductor production process, familiar with the structure of semiconductor wafer products.
4、Ability to prepare process documents, improve product defects, and undertake the development and implementation of process engineering.
5、Have team consciousness and cooperation spirit.
【Benefits】.
1、Salary: 5-5.5K for inexperienced, 6-7K for 1-2 years of relevant experience, 8-15K for more than 3 years of relevant experience specifically discussed with company leaders.

【Job Responsibilities】.
1、Responsible for the preparation of the production plan notice, do the command and control of the entire production process, to ensure the continuity and balance of production operations.
2、Supervise and check the implementation of the quality assurance system in the production process to improve the product qualification rate.
3、Master the production progress and production plan completion, audit the relevant production reports reported to the workshop.
4、Organize and implement the "5S" management in production.
5、Assist relevant departments to analyze the causes of non-conforming products, and properly handle non-conforming products.
6、Guidance, supervision and inspection of the work of the subordinates, grasp the work situation and relevant data, timely reporting to superiors the real data and situation of the production department.
7、Cultivate and discover talents, apply for recruitment and deployment of direct subordinates according to the work needs in accordance with the procedures, and be responsible for the nomination of personnel for the appointment of direct subordinate positions.
8、Cooperate with superiors to conduct performance assessment, work evaluation of internal staff in the workshop, and pre-service training and assessment of new employees.
9、Check and supervise the implementation of the production plan, work safety and fire safety in the workshop. To understand and solve the abnormal situation in the production process in a timely manner, and report the problems that cannot be solved upwards at the first time.
10、Arrange overtime reasonably according to the completion of production tasks and the sales department's shipment demand, fill in the overtime application, and timely transmit the instructions and other information issued by the company to this department.
11、Organize the statistics of all kinds of data (daily output, material consumption, personnel reports, etc.) in the production process, and collect, organize and analyze reasonably to provide the basis for production decision.
【Requirement】.
1、Full-time undergraduate degree or above.
2、1 year or so in the semiconductor wafer production industry or 2 years of technical and management experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
3、Understanding the production operation process of manufacturing enterprises, with good personnel coordination and management skills.
4, with excellent organizational skills, communication skills, planning skills.
5、Ability to use various computer office software.

1、Salary: about 7.5K-7.8K, negotiable.
