On April 21, 2021, Shandong Xinghua Semiconductor held a successful production line turnaround ceremony. In this line, the process was successfully verified; two small signal transistors, T3904SE and T3904NE, were test cast; all oxidation, lithography, etching, injection, diffusion, evaporation, passivation, back metal thinning and testing processes were completed; electrical characteristics parameters including reverse voltage, leakage, magnification, linearity and saturation voltage drop met the requirements of the product standards, and the yield rate in the test was greater than 98%; Hfe The Hfe amplification intra-wafer uniformity is excellent, and the process capability index Cp value is greater than 2.0, marking the success of the wafer production line.

After the project was put into operation, we received an order for 2000 pieces of T3904 products from the customer, which is a long-term order and will be supplied to the customer on a monthly basis; in addition, we have already received orders from the customer for aluminum grid products and back side metallization products, and will be able to receive orders according to the existing production capacity after the relevant products pass the test.

The project took 3 months from equipment debugging to line success, which is a new beginning not only for Xinghua, but also for Rizhao and Shandong, and has great and far-reaching significance for Rizhao and even the province to develop new generation information technology industry, build strategic emerging industry clusters and meet domestic wafer demand.
